Privacy Policy

We at Nunez Law Office, P.A., (“the Firm” or “us” or “we”) respect your privacy concerns
and are committed to being transparent about the technologies we use. This privacy
policy (this “Privacy Policy”) applies to automated and voluntary information collected on
our website (the “Website”) as well as our other online channels and social media.
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you how the Firm may collect and use your
personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and other information
through the Sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party sites, resources, or
Linked Websites, as those sites have their own policies.

We have values about the way we interact with our users. If you hear from us, we will
always aim to be respectful, courteous, and appropriate. If at any time you do not feel
we’ve lived up to our philosophy, please let us know by getting in touch with us
at monique@nunezlawoffices.com.

How Do We Collect Information?
The Website enables Website users (each a “user” and collectively “users,” “you,”
“your,” “yours,” or “yourself”) to browse the Website. By using this Website, you consent
to the collection and use of your Personal Information and other information by the Firm
as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may obtain Personal or Non-Personal information from third parties such as our
service providers, vendors, independent contractors, business partners, sponsors, and
other sources (e.g., offline records or publicly available information). We may combine
the Personal Information we collect with information we obtain from these sources. We
will treat any such combined information as Personal Information.

We may use Google Analytics and other digital services (“Apps”) to help our Website
work better. The Apps use technical tools such as “cookies.” Cookies (including web
beacons, pixels, gifs, tags, or similar technologies) are alphanumeric identifiers that we
transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your browser to enable our systems to
recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in this Website are visited and
by how many people. Our cookies do not collect Personal Information, and we do not
combine the general information collected through cookies with other Personal
Information to tell us who you are or reveal your screen name or email address.
Most browsers have an option for turning off the cookie feature, which will prevent your
browser from accepting new cookies, as well as (depending on the sophistication of
your browser software) allowing you to decide on acceptance of each new cookie in a
variety of ways. Please refer to your browser’s “help/tool” or “edit” section for further
information on managing the cookies feature on your computer. You may use this
Website even if you choose to reject or delete certain cookies. However, we strongly

recommend that you leave the cookies activated because cookies enable you to take
advantage of some of the Website’s most attractive features.

The Website may contain plugins for services like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other social media. The Firm does not control any of the
content from social media sites or plug-ins. We recommend that you review the privacy
policies and data-sharing statements for such social media sites and plug-ins prior to
clicking on the plugins. A plugin is a software component that adds a specific feature to
an existing program, allowing for customization.
